The Advantages of DiamondTome Wandsmicrodermabrasion in Vail at A Wrinkle in Time

Resurfacing is a wonderful alternative to laser or chemical peels because it is non-invasive, non-surgical and requires no down time after treatment. Normal activities may be resumed immediately. Your skin will have a radiant glow, free of irritation and loose particles. Patients experience softer, smoother and cleaner skin after the first treatment. Treatment series vary from four to ten sessions depending on the condition being treated and the type of skin.

The Advantages of Dual Treatments with DiamondTome

Enhance your Microdermabrasion treatment by adding Ultrasonic delivery of hydrating nutrients, corrective ingredients to lighten skin pigment irregularity, or additional exfoliating botanicals for deeper exfoliation.

Dual Peeling

Dual Peeling is a synergistic treatment that combines microdermabrasion with naturally occurring chemicals to remove the dead skin cells on the surface of the skin to enhance the penetration of chemicals that address a variety of skin conditions.

Ultrasound combines a high-touch treatment with the high-tech of the 21st century, offering a number of positive effects that facilitate rejuvenation to improve the appearance of the skin.

When a conventional facial massage is given, the hands provide an average of three vibrations per second; ultrasound gives three million vibrations per second. This high-frequency massage can help soften scars, improve skin tone and increase skin elasticity.

Ultrasound also creates friction and increases local heat, which increases the activity of skin cells. By doing this, production of collagen and elastin increases, toning the skin. Increased temperature also stimulates blood flow to the area, bringing with it more oxygen and nutrients for healing. Another benefit of increased blood flow is an increased lymph flow, removing toxins and waste products.

What is skin resurfacing?

Resurfacing is a treatment designed to remove the topmost layer of skin leaving it supple and vibrant. The DiamondTome Wand removes this layer of skin by gently exfoliating the skin with natural diamond chips, while vacuuming the dead skin cells away in a sterile and controlled manner. Removing this outer layer of dead skin cells leaves a smoother texture and promotes the growth of healthy new skin cells.

Resurfacing using the DiamondTome Wand is similar to particle microdermabrasion and chemical peels in its results but without the adverse effects of loose particles, irritation and skin reaction. Unlike other exfoliation treatments, the DiamondTome Skin Resurfacing System uses no loose abrasives to contaminate you or the environment.
